Key GMC of Rochester

I have bought 3 GMC trucks from key since 2019. After this service visit I will take my business elsewhere. The service staff was short and borderline rude. The service manager poked his head around the corner to chime in on the conversation I was having with the rep but didn't bother to introduce himself. The old service manager Paul was worth working with, the new manager is the reason my business will go elsewhere. A dealership is only as good as it's service and the service at Key is is not good. It used to be friendly and would explain things to you. Now, just this is what it is take it or leave it! We'll, Im leaving it! More

Sold a vehicle to me 4 months ago that was not properly looked over and after 2 visits to the dealership, ended up taking the jeep to another dealership who was able to have the problem fixed under warrant looked over and after 2 visits to the dealership, ended up taking the jeep to another dealership who was able to have the problem fixed under warranty. Additionally, I had to spend an additional 1k dollars in flushing out fluids from differentials, transfer case and brake fluid that were all bad. Should have been done before selling the vehicle. Would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

Bought a 2025 ford f150 for 41,000 dollars, had a very difficult time with communication as after I looked at the truck and agreed to buy it. I needed to be sent the purchase agreement. I called 6+ times difficult time with communication as after I looked at the truck and agreed to buy it. I needed to be sent the purchase agreement. I called 6+ times over 8 hours to get this sent to me. Once they finally did send it the general manager “JJ” apologized and said he would be sure to give me a full tank of gas for the mix up. I ficked the truck up the next day and the low fuel light was on. For 41,000 it seems some fuel in the tank wouldn’t be to much to ask for. I then called “jj” and let him know that the tank was not full as promised. He again apologized and said he’d send me a 100$ check. Now the check has never arrived. Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever delt with and I have been lied to countless times. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy More
