Made an appointment over the phone, they never mentioned that they had moved, when I got to the new place they didn’t have my appointment on the books. I declined having my air filter replaced and I had to that they had moved, when I got to the new place they didn’t have my appointment on the books. Welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. My vehicle was waiting, all warmed up and ready for a test drive. The staff navigated the GMC website very well and found all of the incentives/discounts available, including using my GM Point balance. The paperwork went smoothly.
