Billy the service advisor was great: very professional and helpful. I have an issue with the’hazardous waste and disposal fee’ This is really bogus! After charging $199.95 for less than an hours work pro and helpful. I have an issue with the’hazardous waste and disposal fee’ This is really bogus! After charging $199.95 for less than an hours work programming a key fob then you add $38.73 for nothing. I feel very ripped off! The the 3% for credit cards…Key Auto is a bandit! I will not be back.
