Derek was more than helpful when it came to my financial stand point. He made sure I got what I asked for no questions asked and he seemed to genuinely care about putting me in this car. We didn't need a saving Grace to finance a truck. However, we did need someone to hear our financial position and expectations, with honest ears. That's exactly what we found. Their honest and hilarious approach in making our experience awesome wasn't what impressed me the most, as awesome as it was. It was sitting in the dealership for a brief time, after they listened to us and went above and beyond to supercede our expectations. It was the people that came in while we were going over everything. People that maybe had it good, maybe not so easy. Maybe a hard time getting credit, maybe a college kid just starting out with not a lot to start with ... This is a place to go when your financially set, more importantly, when you're doubting there is any way to get a vehicle. They impressed me because they actually do care. Not just about the purchase or the consumer's immediate needs, but they care about the impact of their future credit, better opportunities, and giving some serious hope in a tough world.
