Poor customer service Brought my car because dash light was on for passenger airbag. They ran diagnostics and said loose wires. They “fixed” it as well as letting us know t Brought my car because dash light was on for passenger airbag. They ran diagnostics and said loose wires. They “fixed” it as well as letting us know the car needed several other expensive items fixed. We had all repairs done totaling close to $800. We took the car home and left for vacation the next day. The airbag light came back on 2 days into our trip. I called service department and got voicemail. I left a message. Did not receive a call back. Called again. Left a message. Did not receive a call back. After getting home I called a third time. Someone finally called back. Brought the car to have seat rechecked. Told that an error was made last time. Seat really needed to be replaced at a cost of 3,000 dollars. Car is not worth that much. Passed on having fixed. Talked to customer service when I went to pick it up and explained I had paid over $100 to have seat fixed. Seat was not fixed. Would not have sunk the $800 in if I’d known the cost of replacing seat. Thought they’d refund what I paid for seat originally. They said it was ok for 3 months. told them I had no idea where they got that info. The repair didn’t last 2 days. That I had called 3 times before receiving a call back. Showed paid receipt from 3 weeks earlier. Basically I felt they were saying to me that I was lying. I had not called. And even when I showed the proof their attitude was oh well too bad for you. Will never go back there to service or purchase a vehicle. I had previously bought this car from them. I expect better customer service and for them to admit their mistake. Take responsibility and refund what I paid to fix an unfixable seat. More

Overall the service experience went well. I had to clean a glob of grease off of my dashboard so I rated the service center "good" but not "excellent." Service I had to wait a few days to get my car for a starter issue. Not sure If the service department was understaffed or if they were extremely busy. In and out real fast I just had a rejected sticker fixed. My car failed because of chip in windshield. Got it fixed, right in right out.
