The customer service representatives are always very nice and communicate very well. But I made an early morning appt with the intention of having my vehicle be first in line so I could wait for what shou and communicate very well. But I made an early morning appt with the intention of having my vehicle be first in line so I could wait for what should have been a rapid fluid replacement and repair of the new airbag system (previously recalled), but was told that they wouldn't even look at it for another four hours thus defeating the entire point of arriving to the dealership before they opened. On the previous visit, on the list of recommended repairs was the "observation" that my internal air filter needed replacing. The only thing is, my truck doesn't have one, so what exactly was "observed" and why were they ready to charge me to replace something that doesn't exist? More
