Lease deal I just got into a 2018 Chevy Traverse and I couldn’t be happier with it. The new design is definitely an improvement from their older makes and I have to say I’m very much impressed with the tech aspects that came along with it , including Apple CarPlay. I came into the dealership slightly undecided on what family vehicle would be best for me and upon arrival I was greeted by Samuel Sandoval a great salesperson, who was very much patient with helping put me in the right fit for me and my growing family, he showed genuine interest in making it a smooth car deal. The car was delivered wonderfully and all of my questions were answered. The dealership itslef was very clean, the music was nice and not overly distracting, the rest of the staff also was very friendly and made the effort to ensure I was being taken care of, overall the whole car deal was swifter than most I’ve dealt with in the past and I’d recomend it to anyone looking to get into a new or used Chevrolet vehicle . Great experience . I want to thank Deaa and his manger Onik for getting me into a 2018 volt , I came on New Year’s Eve . The receptionest told me to wait while she gets I want to thank Deaa and his manger Onik for getting me into a 2018 volt , I came on New Year’s Eve . The receptionest told me to wait while she gets me a salesman I waited for about 20 minutes sitting in the lounge nobody showed up then sure enough Deaa was walking by to check on one of his customers and he asked if I was being helped I said no i’ve been waiting for a long time , he introduced himself and said he will come in couple minutes and help me out and sure did . Deaa and his manger Nick stayed patient with me tell 11 pm New Year’s Eve and got me in the car I wanted . I been shopping around everywhere and no one was able to “close” me but he sure did his job and got me in a new car . He got all the information he needed from me to get me the best price possible on a 2013 Ford C-Max , I saw the car online and saw pictures of it but he told me he would send me more pictures of it as he sure did because I wasn’t going to be able to go to Van Nuys to actually see the car . He worked with my schedule and was able to do everything by the phone , Got me exactly what I wanted even though it was challenging to get me approved because of buying a house and having x amount of car loans (big thanks to his manger NICK ) . Deaa went out of his way on a busy weekend and delivered the car for me to Santa Barbara , had all the paper work ready for me to sign after we went on a test drive, he was so understanding ,patient and respectful . I would’ve never thought a saleman would go out of his way and drive that far to deliver a car but that’s the service I received from him . Great guy to deal with made everything so smooth, smoother than going to a grocery store to buy milk.
