They were very up front about all the terms, and I never felt like I was getting the run around. When lease was inadvertently written up with wrong rate, they immediately corrected with apologies, even sending someone to my office with the new lease so I did not have to take time out of my work day to drive back and re-sign. Follow up with information on apps for the Volt, how to get the state rebate, etc. has been great. When I've had questions about charging the Volt, etc., they've been quickly and appropriately answered. Overall, a great leasing experience. I would highly recommend Keyes Chevy in Van Nuys. More

We went to Keyes to learn about the Chevy Volt. Dan and his associates were extremely knowledgable, helpful and professional. I first visited Keyes Chevy in May 2013. Every step of the way, Mark, the Sales Manager, was completely up front with me. I really appreciated the fact that there was no faceless person hiding in an offi the way, Mark, the Sales Manager, was completely up front with me. I really appreciated the fact that there was no faceless person hiding in an office making decision but never speaking with me – everything was out in the open! I also had the fortunate opportunity to meet with Sergio in finance. When I left that meeting, I felt like I had a much better understanding of what to expect when visiting any other automobile finance department. As much as I appreciated Keyes Chevy, they didn’t have the specific car that I was looking for so I went on my way. Two and a half months, nine dealerships and a long story later, I discovered that I no longer wanted the specific car I’d spent so much time looking for. During that time, I discovered that each of the dealers had that faceless person in another room. I have a problem trusting that “faceless” practice. Plus, at each of those other dealers, I had communicated with someone (via email) prior to coming in but when I arrived, I learned that I’d received incorrect information. Where to go next was a no brainer –I called Mark, the Sales Manager at Keyes Chevy, told him that I was now in the market for a 4-cylinder Equinox and I’d be there the next day. When I arrived, David (the salesperson) and Mark greeted me. Thirty minutes after David and I returned from my test drive, the three of us had worked out a deal. I then met with Lorenzo in financing; he was completely professional. The entire process was clear and easy to understand. There were no surprises. In my opinion, Keyes Chevy sets the bar for all the rest – and I say that after visiting 9 dealers from Valencia to Glendale to Signal Hill. Clearly, Keyes Chevrolet of Van Nuys stands above the rest! More

Hovig Kojayan did a great job of demonstrating the Volt and all of its features. We had been to other dealerships that were more interested in pressuring us into buying rather than giving us a chance to de and all of its features. We had been to other dealerships that were more interested in pressuring us into buying rather than giving us a chance to determine if the Volt was going to be a good choice for us and that was not the case with Hovig. Kevin Kelly, the sales manager was equally helpful when it came to determining a price for the car. He was straight forward, honest, and we ended up with a very fair price. After the sale, Hovig followed up with an e-mail that had links to all of the sites that offered incentives and rebates for the Volt. One of them provided $1,500 back from the state of California. This was above and beyond the rebates and incentives already factored into the price of the car. More
