This was my first visit to this Dealership and Service area. I so appreciated Mr. Arias! He welcomed me (by my name!) at the entrance of the service area, introduced himself, and explained the purpose of area. I so appreciated Mr. Arias! Not what I expected! You go in for one thing & come out with another. Jobs are not fully completed. I payed for something that was never done & had to wait.
