Felt like I sold the car to myself. After my purchase I was never told when is my 1st service appointment nor was I introduced to the service department. Still haven't heard from the salesman to see if I a was never told when is my 1st service appointment nor was I introduced to the service department. Still haven't heard from the salesman to see if I am enjoying my vehicle and if I was happy with my purchase. I felt like the atmosphere was not professional. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water or anything to drink considering I waited over 3 hours to finish paperwork and receive a new vehicle that wasn't even detailed correctly. I felt like everyone was so nice until I got approved and then I was fed to the wolves. NEVER AGAIN..... More

I love my KIA and purchased it brand new. I recommend buying KIA cars, but NOT from this dealership. The saleswoman after getting paid did not return calls. When I had returned to pickup the car mats I w buying KIA cars, but NOT from this dealership. The saleswoman after getting paid did not return calls. When I had returned to pickup the car mats I was charged $167 (but not given) she ignored my calls and did not contact me as promised. She apologized and gave a sob story and asked if I lived far and told me to come back. The sales manager Sal heard her pushing me off and told her to yank the mats from another KIA Soul and give me them. Sal is a good guy, but their dealership has to tighten up. Service NEVER answers their calls and their voicemail is ALWAYS full. My car was sent from Westchester Kia, Westchester Kia's service center has been kind enough to answer my questions since BX Kia's service center is on eternal break. Next time I purchase a KIA it will NOT be from the Bronx. More
