This time at Bronx KIA, the experience was horrible. The normal person that I work with was on vacation. The representative that I worked with gave me very bad customer service. Bait and switch online pricing. I was quoted $640 per month for a no money down lease and told to come sign the agreement. I have it in writing! They then decided to not honor the q I was quoted $640 per month for a no money down lease and told to come sign the agreement. I have it in writing! They then decided to not honor the quote without a $7500 down payment. What a ripoff! That equates to $200 more per month than the KIA USA website says it will be. DO NOT TRUST this shady dealership.
