Overall good experience with customer service, however the coverage for a pre-purchase inspection was extremely minimal in my view compared to prior PPIs that I have completed elsewhere. The entire check the coverage for a pre-purchase inspection was extremely minimal in my view compared to prior PPIs that I have completed elsewhere. The entire check took 30 minutes and the charge was $199. Here is an example of a complete PPI: https://www.lemonprotector.com/inspection_services.html There were many issues that were missed (ie: Air conditioning not charged, exhaust leak, alignment - car does not drive straight, brakes warped, various wiring modified, missing rear seatbelt, etc).
