Service held on to my car for a week. I decided to call and ask what was going on with my car and they told me the part they needed was on back order and they don’t know when it will be b I decided to call and ask what was going on with my car and they told me the part they needed was on back order and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. Someone should have called and told me this info so that I could come and pick up my car. The car is brand new and the wireless charger has not worked since the day I bought it. It has been a complete runaround trying to get KIA to fix the part. It is a 2023 vehicle. More

I bought a used car in October in November the car just would not reverse they took it to service and got it back to only have the same problem a few days later it is March and I still don't have the car a would not reverse they took it to service and got it back to only have the same problem a few days later it is March and I still don't have the car and when you call they give you the run around they don't call back and all they say is we don't know when the car will be fixed they have horrible customer service and are very unprofessional I have reached out to a lawyer and plan on take this to court I am writing this review to lt other know don't go to Kia you will get ripped off my next move is to go to the media wish me luck cause I have a battle ahead of me More
