Let me tell you exactly what happened. On January 13th I went to the dealership and choose the car, sing papers. On January 27th the car was deliver to my front step and they took my Honda pilot as part of the deal. My lease with Honda expired on January 20th. It took the over a month for them to send the check to Honda financials, because that honda report me to the credit Bureau for being late. The managers and the sales rep at Bronx Kia not only dismiss my complains and lie to me several times, but only when I made a complaint to the best business bureau the check was finally sent but it was already too late for my credit, the damage was done and of course they didn’t take responsibility and dismiss my complain. I was gaslight it from beginning to end. Terry, the credit manager not once respond it to my messages or pick up the phone.
