Was informed by sales rep was approved with no down payment. But had to pay taxes on the car, which I later confirmed with bank taxes are included in purchase. They let me out the lot without paying the payment to later repo my car for non payment. 5 weeks later I come in to pay the “down payment” and was told I would also have to pay the towing for the dealers repo and storage. They deactivated my key fob, and left the top of a liquor bottle hookah accessories and electronic vaping rappers residue in the car. May I also add, I was sold a car with one car key(with no discount) a broken right rear view mirror taped together, and ripped (back) car seats (and advised by sales man I was better off sewing it so I’m not charged labor). I now have payed my deposit still don’t have a title my key fob still inactive and awaiting financial approval to bring car back to replace the mirror (IF approved stated by service rep). So yes, that sums up my experience with your dealer!! More

Matthew worked really well with me, he made sure I was completely satisfied. I was really unsure of what car I wanted. I want to say thank you very much I am giving 5 stars for the customer service because it was really good. Now the car had just been traded in the day before so it was not fully serviced. It did have cement on the driver said and door handle was also broken. As I picked up my car the following day I was promised that the car would be fixed once a loaner was able to be provided as I did not want to stay without a car I waited for a spare loaner. I am a bit dissatisfied though because after turning my car in for two weeks thinking all the work would be done I found some cement still on my car door towards the bottom I guess they missed that spot. I do love my telluride 2020 though and so far and do recommend it. More
