Multiple issues and lack of response make this car buying experience to be one of the worse. After buying the car, I tried calling and emailing the finance manager and he did not one respond to my message. M experience to be one of the worse. More than 3 weeks later, he filnally messaged me and told me he had some issue with the loan application and needed a copy of my spouse ID. Also, their receptionist was rude when I call and wanted to find out more info on the bank I financed with and she literally told me to Google it. Also, now more than 1 month after buying the car, I'm still waiting for me car registration. I was told originally it would take only 1 week. Lol. More
