I've called/texted Julio no less than 3 times since last week regarding pricing for having running boards and a tow hitch installed on my new Telluride as well as getting a replacement key for my 2016 Sorento (not purchased from you) and I haven't heard back from him, not even a text response. The lack of follow up is very disappointing.
