We stopped in on a Sunday without an appointment, hoping to leave with a new car, and Tierra made it happen. Arrived on 8-6-2022 @ 10:15 am, and spent 10 min looking and comparing the Sorento, Telluride and the Carnival. After walking around WE approached "Mario" whom provided us with additional useful information and comparing the Sorento, Telluride and the Carnival. We were ready to outright purchase the vehicle on the lot so we were taken inside where Mario spoke to the sales manager "Julio Guina" whom proceeded to enthusiastically assure me that he would provide me with all the numbers and totals for the vehicle and the different options within 30 min (since I needed to take my wife to the dentist) to complete the purchase. 3+ HRS later I was still waiting on the information and when we called Mario to inquire he told me that after I left it got busy so they didn't have time! REALLY you're going to tell me that you are going to talk to folks whom may / may not be ready to purchase over someone whom was there, gave you all my personal info AND told both Julio and Mario that I was ready to buy and drive with the vehicle there for $50K and you guys "don't have time????" So I have to chase you guys, beg for your time, and buy a vehicle which I sold to myself and wife (only for you guys to get the commission) and no one has time to follow up with me on a committed time frame that we agreed to? Well I don't think this is good business practices AND not to mention leaves a feeling of dismissal and insignificance that no one there had time to even follow up with a call to say they were backed up but was working on my request. Id settle for a LIE than be dismissed as unimportant all together. So I guess I will have to purchase the vehicle elsewhere unfortunately but Mario was nice, knowledgeable and convincing. Too bad he and everyone else dropped the ball following up and showing me (the customer) that we matter. I'm guessing that since my wife and I were not dressed to impress, folks there may have rushed to judgement and figured we weren't serious shoppers. oh well!!! More
