I made every attempt to work with your general sales manager and he simply declined to work with me for a solution. The bottom line is that I made an offer to your general manager which initially he accepted but change his mind on the day of the vehicle delivery. And to make things worse, you guys ran my credit the day I have confirmed I was not picking the vehicle because your manger changed the deal. It was a horrible experience. I have already purchased the same vehicle with Bronx Kia and I am happy to say that my experience was totally the opposite then my experience with Yonkers Kia.
