We walked in on Memorial Day and AJ greeted us with a very friendly attitude. We were able to test drive the Kia Telluride (which is a feat nowadays) and AJ worked with us to negotiate a price that seem very friendly attitude. As many have to, we had to wait for the Telluride to arrive, but everything happened on the timeline the dealership gave us and we got the car exactly the day they said it will arrive.
