1. Deal was fast and smooth. The deal was made thru text. No need to spend time haggling with the dealer. Priced 2k+ MSRP. Honestly right now cars are scarce so not complaining. 2. I already paid. Driving away with that dent would cost me when i return the vehicle at the end of the lease so it had to be fixed. Okay, at least it wss being fixed. It upset me more at the lack of communication between me and the dealer. I had to keep asking for updates, never was reached out first. I got one year free maintenance but my car is electric so this really doesnt mean much. 3. Next problem. My "new" car's horn is not functioning. How could this have passed safety inspection...? Messaged dealer, said would speak to manager, a whole day goes by no answer. Messaged next day asking for updates. Said will fix. No answer all day now. In short, once you pay.... you probably wont get any good service so please check the car's every function before paying or doing anything. Overall, inside the dealer exp wasnt bad but dont expect any spectacular fantastic service, did not seem too interested in knowing much about the car they were selling. More

I wonder where this dealership have been all these years that I’ve been running around looking for a vehicle. I made an appointment to see Matt and I as soon as I walked in with my fiancé we were treated like a family. This guy! Is great! trade in was handled by Sal he’s the BEST!!!! My trade in was crazy complicated but this dude pulled some strength from no where got me a car and handle my trade in a greatest manner that I wasn’t expecting, he’s God sent. My guy Terry is Awesome he worked with me like a BROTHER. Listen if you ready this review you can’t really understand feelings sometimes they say messages sound different when readying it. I had a wonderful experience at Bronx Kia. I never felt pressured and even decided to upgrade my car and Benji my sales person gave me the space and time to select my new car.
