I was one of the first customers to be seen at Bronx Kia on Monday, 2/7 and the sales rep who helped me was AWESOME. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me with the wifi access and when i on Monday, 2/7 and the sales rep who helped me was AWESOME. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and attentive. He helped me with the wifi access and when it didn't work on my phone or laptop, which I needed to get some work done while I waited to have my car serviced, he took the time to go to the back of the space and reset the router. I went to Bronx Kia on Saturday 2/5/22 to purchase a vehicle. From the moment walking in i was treated like family. The sales rep Matt helped me out with all of the documentation and the trade-in proces vehicle. From the moment walking in i was treated like family. The sales rep Matt helped me out with all of the documentation and the trade-in process and the whole time was like having a conversation with a friend. Matt provided great insight into all the features in the car when we went on the test drive. The finance rep Terry was upfront, honest and lighthearted with every aspect of the purchase and broke down all the characteristics of the purchase. No gimmicks all throughout the process. Walked out with a brand-new vehicle and a big smile on my wife's face. She loves it. Highly recommend this place. More
