Kia City - Service Center

I bought a used car from Bronx Kia and 7months later the transmission blew. The service I received was horrible. My vehicle was held there for 2 months & when return to me was not fixed. Customer service do transmission blew. The service I received was horrible. My vehicle was held there for 2 months & when return to me was not fixed. Customer service don't return your calls, don't communicate with you. And they never have a loaner car available. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there. More
