This time at Bronx KIA, the experience was horrible. The normal person that I work with was on vacation. The representative that I worked with gave me very bad customer service. I had a great experience while being helped by Yasmin. I’m from out of state and usually dread having to go to the dealership near me because they’re usually rude or giving you the run around.
