Sorry to say that after waiting for 2. 5 months to get my ignition replaced, my car was still with all the glass in the back seat from when the car was broken into. I was givena seperate key to start the car cause the remote key was not working. As I was driving fromBrooklyn to the Bronx to pick up my car, the office called me to ask me how much was my deductable. And if I didn't have the money they would not release the car to me. This should of been discussed before. Since my car was stolen, I had surrendered my plates. That mornng I went to the DMV to pick up my new plates only to find out they had already put plates on my car with the old numbers! How can they put on the same plate #s that was stolen? Your staff need better training. They were pleasant and polite at all times when I would call to find the status of my car. Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience for me. D. Murillo More
