A few months ago I had an appointment with them to get a recall fixed on my vehicle and when I showed up they were unable to do it due to the systems being down. I happened to have an appointment in French recall fixed on my vehicle and when I showed up they were unable to do it due to the systems being down. I happened to have an appointment in French Camp and called them to see if they could do it on this day since I'd already be in the area. They were able to squeeze me in even though they were fully booked. On top of that my earlier appointment got finished early so I just went straight to Kia and they ended up finishing my vehicle before my actual appointment. I have used two other Kia dealerships near me but they have all let me down. Kia Country's Service Dept never has and that's why I keep going back More
