Good Deal from Kia Country! I live in Florida but was visiting Charleston over the holidays. I wanted to trade in my older Kia Sorento for a new one. I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I had issues with them immediately after buying my new car and now again. When I purchased the car they setup a 90 day checkup fo at this dealership. I had issues with them immediately after buying my new car and now again. When I purchased the car they setup a 90 day checkup for my car. I show up today, even though I had surgery last week, only to find out they don't have an appointment showing for me. Now I'm waiting in the lobby for them to fit me in when I showed up early for my appointment. This service department needs some serious customer service and management skills. More
