W The whole crew at Kia was so friendly and helpful! We had been to another Kia dealership who pressured me to buy a car I was clearly not interested. When we got to Kia of Charleston, they gladly showed us the cars we asked about (rather than what they needed to sell). We discussed what was important to us in a car: (future) baby space and puppy space in the hatch. They suggested we bring our dog with us the next day and when we did, they were so good to her! They put out water, gave her treats and loven', and let her test drive the car with us. We were already sold on the 2017 Kia Forte5 but it was just so kind and thoughtful to offer to stop on the test drive and move her from the back seat, to the hatch to make sure she would have enough room and be comfortable. She loved it and so did we. They even put up with my husband, who can be quite the pain to sales people, but Charles met and surpassed all of his high expectations. Before we left the lot, they filled the car up with gas, cleaned out all of OUR dog hair, and proved to us that the spare tire fit (we had a bad experience in the past). An overall very pleasant and stress-free experience. More

Best First Car Experience Ever My first-ever time going to a car dealership to look at him purchase a new vehicle was definitely intimidating but once I met with Chris and started t My first-ever time going to a car dealership to look at him purchase a new vehicle was definitely intimidating but once I met with Chris and started talking with him, I immediately realized that I didn't need to be nervous and we went through the things that I wanted in a car ran what other features might be best suited for me and ended up picking the 2018 Kia Forte s which has been absolutely wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better car with better gas mileage and the whole experience was really good and I will definitely be going through Kia and West Ashley for a very long time. Great experience Had one of the best car buying experience at Kia Country of Charleston this past week. I didn't have an appointment, but when I walked into the show r Had one of the best car buying experience at Kia Country of Charleston this past week. I didn't have an appointment, but when I walked into the show room, I was greeted like I was family. Lance Williams was the salesman that greeted me and he made me feel right at home. Once the introductions were over, we discussed what I was looking for ands when I said I wanted a Hybrid, he immediately took me to where they were all parked. Of course on the way he asked a few questions and showed me the one I had seen on line. He got the keys so I could look it over and as I looked, he explained all the different features of the new car. He was very knowledgeable on all parts of it. Then we went for the test drive and I think i fell in love with this little Niro. Once back in the show room, he got me some quotes for the cost and worked with me to get it all within my budget. He didn't hesitate to work for me to make it possible for me to purchase this dream of a car. Once we agreed on a price and payment, he continued working to get all the paper work completed so I didn't have to spend any extra time at the dealer. When every thing was ready he introduced me to Jeremy Wilson to finish up the process. Of course, Jeremy treated me like family also and we chatted as he worked. Then, when all was done, Lance went to the new car with me and assisted me in getting my phone paired with the car and went through some additional features. And soon, I was on my way home in my new car. But it didn't stop there. Lance gave me a few days to be with my car and then called and texted me to make sure that I was learning everything ok and to see if I had any questions. Then he said, "You have my cell number, so if you have questions feel free to call me. It won't be a bother to me." I never had any salesman do a follow up like that. With all Lance did for me, is what made my experience a great one!!!!! More

I knew my interest would be high because of my credit, resulting in a high payment. When I was given the contract to sign, the amount was higher than what I was told. Upon further inspection, $3200 was added for a tire and electronics warranty. I asked to have the warranties removed. I had no interest in paying 17% interest on $3200 for 7 yrs. After “messing with the numbers” he was able to lower my interest rate ONLY IF I left the warranty in the contract. I specifically asked about the interest and was told “I just put in the numbers”. if I took out the warranty, the interest would go up resulting in the same payment. I needed a car, and had no interest in arguing so I signed anyway. I feel confident that if I had good credit I would not have had this experience. So now I “get” to pay for a warrant at 15.something for 7 years. More
