Worst expierence buying a car ever! Worst expierence buying a car ever. The day i left the deslership they forgot to take the payment. Was supposed to call me that monday to set up and appointment to have the car serviced. Never did had to call them to set up an appoointment and remind them they never took the payment the day i got the car. Had an appoinment that week when i get there i was told there was no appointment set up. Had a number of simple things to get done like replacing wipers, putting carpets back in, removing the kia sticker off the trunk. My car was there for 6 hours and no one called me to let me know my car was done i again had to call them. After my car being there for 6 hours the only two things that were done was oil and alingment. Before i dropped the car off i reminded the salesman what had to get done and was assured it all would. He said he would even put the wipers on himself if he had to. Never recieved an apololgy for wasting my time now i have to go back there another day and check to make sure they are doing there job. Very unhappy with the way things are being handled. Still waiting for a call back to set up a second appointment. Very unhappy with the overall experience. Been almost 3 weeks since i got the car. More

I've never shopped for a car by myself before, so I was extremely nervous when I walked into the dealership. Right from the start, Lance was courteous, patient, and understanding. Even the other staff salespeople who weren't working with me made me feel at ease. Lance paid close attention when I told him about my special circumstances, and answered all my questions clearly- he even anticipated questions that I hadn't even thought of yet!. When I was indecisive, he presented all my options in an understandable way and had creative solutions that fit both my budget and needs. I never felt pressured or rushed and was able to go through the decision process at my own pace. After the purchase was made, I felt confident and reassured that I had made the right choice. I never knew car buying could be this much fun! More

Had made an appointment for 8/14, but it was not entered in the system when I arrived for the appointment. Appointment was again made on 8/18. Arrived at 7:45 a.m. and asked after the service was performed to have car washed --- it wasn't done. I had to ask if everything was okay regarding the recall and was told that it was. This is the second time I've asked for a car wash and it wasn't performed. Telephone connection in car did not function after service was performed. More

We were told numerous times that we would be contacted with updates r Extremely poor customer service and communication within the service department. We were told numerous times that we would be contacted with updates regarding a repair on our vehicle - which we are leasing from here and have only had since January. We dropped our car off at 8:15 in the morning with an appointment, only to have to call them in the afternoon around 2pm to be told that they are just now working on it and we will have to have a loaner vehicle until they could determine what was exactly wrong. The loaner vehicle was in no way comparable to the 2017 Kia Sportage I drive. My son's car seat was unable to be placed in the center back seat due to the bucket seats in the back, the car had a funny smell, and the steering wheel was sticky. I was disgusted the moment I got in. It has been a week now and we finally got our sportage back today. We communicated with Chelsea the entire time our car was there and she never once called to update us on the status of our vehicle and continued to make excuses for this. We were told we could pick our car up Thursday, and if my husband hadn't had called to let them know I would be a little late we would have never known until arriving that our car still wasn't ready. I am appalled at the way she flung paperwork to another service worker and avoided conversation (once again) with my husband. I hope that the repairs on my vehicle hold up this time and do not warrant another visit anytime soon. More
