It's sure easy to understand why someone would not want an air conditioning issue in this heat. When you brought the car to us in July, we replaced all of the freon and recharged at no cost. When you returned a second time, we found a small leak located behind the evaporator core. This is difficult to access and requires additional time. Your Sportage has been repaired again at no cost. We did inform you as soon as your car was ready to be picked up both as a response to your social media review and by phone. No one wants to see a problem with a relatively new car, but we have provided excellent service and met the terms of your warranty. Chelsea is our Senior Assistant Service Manager with a Lifetime 5-Star Review Rating. We regret that she was unable to please you. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have additional concerns, please call Mitch Jones, Service Director 843.573.4995 and he will be happy to address your issues.

Yes the service was done at no charge due to being under warranty. You had our vehicle for a week and we received maybe 2 calls throughout the entire process. My review was not about the work that was done, it was simply stating that there is poor customer service and the person we dealt with was rude on multiple occasions.
