Service exceeded my expections!! The service i received was excellent! I expected to have to wait most of the afternoon but they took my car back immediately and got me on my way quic The service i received was excellent! I expected to have to wait most of the afternoon but they took my car back immediately and got me on my way quickly. Mr. Jones was extremely friendly and went above and beyond what I feel his job requires. He made sure that I was comfortable while I waited on my repairs. When I started having issues with my vehicle's transmission at only 31000 miles I felt like I would be trading my car for a different make because I lost confidence in this car being dependable. After having my car serviced and receiving excellent customer service and the vehicle being fixed properly at the 1st service, I now would purchase another Kia. Awesome customer service!! More
