Chelsea not only greeted me by name, but she knew what kind of car I was bringing into service after I only gave her my name. She promptly listened to my service needs, and because the repairs would take at least a day to complete she was able to afford me a loaner (nice sorento) to enable me to get back to work quickly. Her smile and personality go a long way in these times when so many are so time conscious that they forget to make eye contact, or listen to the customers needs and ensure that they are met.
