From the moment we met Lance on the lot on a Saturday (when we were just getting a first look at the Kia Soul), we felt comfortable with him and impressed by his level of knowledge. He was very informative and thorough, but he also remained laid-back and straightforward. We also briefly interacted with Courtney and Wade, who were both very friendly and engaging. The finance manager Jeremy was extremely friendly and efficient and made the process painless. They got us where we needed to be on price, all the while making the process of negotiation feel like teamwork. We both wanted us to buy the car and at a price that was right for us. After the sale was complete, Lance told my teenage son several times that he could call him on his cell phone if he had any questions at all. He made my son feel like part of the process from the beginning, in fact, something that he and we appreciated since we wanted him to learn more about the car buying process for the future. Overall, this was probably the best car-buying experience we've had, and we would not hesitate to send friends and family over to Kia Country of Charleston. We are glad they are the folks who will be helping our son adjust to being a new car owner, with all of the service responsibilities, etc. that entails. Thank you to the whole team! More

Decided to stop at Kia Country because of all the ads we heard and saw.. Absolutely should have come here first. The salesman, Norm, was very polite, listened carefully to what we wanted, what we expected and the kind of payments we needed. It took him about 8 minutes to find us the perfect vehicle. A 2012 Kia Sorrento. We never expected to be able to buy a car that new with all the bells and whistles on it. I truly expected to have it out of our payment reach. We got the price and payments we wanted, the bank rate was excellent and we were able to use the bank we used for our last car. Kia Country more than lived up to the promises you hear in their ads. All this was done with no pressure, Norm presented the facts in a straightforward way and let us make up our minds.. Also, and to me, this was very important, no pressure to buy an extended warranty or anything else we really didn't need. We also dealt with the finance man there, I can't remember his name, but he was just as nice and accommodating as everyone else.. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a new or used car to START at Kia Country and save yourself a lot of time and grief. More
