We purchased a used Ford truck here after finding it online after looking at bigger dealerships that day. I would have to say this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle i have ever made. Norm was awesome...... from initially him greeting us as we walked out on the lot to covering all the details, Norm did a "textbook" job. If i needed another vehicle tomorrow, i would go back in a second to see him. Yeah.... you probably think i am a relative or close friend, that's not the case at all. The price and value that was presented online brought us there and Norms ability to sell without being pushy or overbearing sold me. My wife had looked at the reviews online and noticed the dealership had very positive reviews. We relocated here a few months ago and have been cleaning and remodeling the home we purchased and as a result the bed of the truck i traded had debris for the recycle center in it. I didn't think that i would be driving that truck home that night,even if we reached a deal. Much to my surprise Norm told us we would be driving it home, and not to worry about the bed and the debris..... they would take care of it. It wasn't a lot of garbage, but i certainly wouldn't have brought it in that way knowing i might be leaving with a new truck ! All in all, they hit a home run with me..... i will recommend them to anyone because of the service and value they offered me. More

I had a really great experience with this dealership however when I called they said the y could give me the internet deal but when I was there they said they couldn't.The girl I talked to on the phone however when I called they said the y could give me the internet deal but when I was there they said they couldn't.The girl I talked to on the phone wasn't there.The salesman told me that was the internet price but when I looked online the car was around $500.00 cheaper.My other complaint was that I felt that they didn't find me the best interest rate possible on my car loan.Even with my poor credit score I felt they could have done better.Otherwise the experience was positive. My businesspartner contacted Courtney after the car we were looking for popped up on Kia Country's website on Thursday. The car had just rolled of the truck and was not even unpacked from the protective stuff yet. The email arrived and we were convinced this was exactly the car we were looking for. Negotiating the purchase price was done over the phone the same day, thanks to Courtney's willingness to close the deal even that was a pleasure. Since this was an out of state sale, some more things than usual had to be considered. Courtney took care of all of them in a timely and always very polite manner. Her emails were received promptly and it was a pleasure dealing with her. On Friday, when I arrived to pick up the car, everything was prepared except for my additional paperwork I had with me. The car was prepared and Courtney introduced Norman, who would take care of the rest, finishing the papers, explaining the car he even drove to the gas station in order to fill up the tank. The overall buying experience with Kia Country of Charleston, but especially with Courtney and Norman was fabulous! Whoever has had bad experiences with car dealerships, especially with internet sales should try Courtney at Kia Country of Charleston, she is something else. During our search for a Kia Sportage we contacted a couple of dealers online, that didn't even bother to reply (they will get their rating in a minute ;-)) The Kia Sportage we bought is a great crossover which I'd recommend to everybody that doesn't need too much space for cargo. The car handles more like a sedan than an SUV, but offers the great overview from the elevated seating position. Gasmilage is pretty good, with an idle start/stop it could be even better. Are you in search for a Kia? Try Kia Country of Charleston, it's well worth the drive if it is not around the corner for you... More
