I have dealt with Kia Country for 3 years now and have had only the Best from the dealership. Elijah & Steve have made every purchase I have made with them (3) very easy and they have been very accomadati had only the Best from the dealership. Anytime I have ever called to get my car in for service or if I have a problem they get me right in and are very helpfull. My husband and I bought a New 2012 Kia Sorento and less than 2 weeks went right back to Kia Country and got a new 2012 Kia Forte for our son. The staff at Kia Country makes you feel very comfortable and they treat you as if you are family instead of just another customer. Hats off to the BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE LOW COUNTRY!!! More

A replacement part was ordered for my 2011 Kia Soul. Once in, I made an appointment to bring my car in. Unfortunately, the part received was not the correct part for my model Soul. My only concern was I have taken off work twice to bring the car in for the service manager to look at the problem and for the appointment to replace the part. I have been advised that the part must be replace during the weekday hours and not on Saturdays when I am off due the possible complexity of the work order. More

Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new Kia. The two employees I worked with (one on the phone Steve and the other in person Elijah) were very knowledgeable about the car. My experience was very good compared to a lot of other car dealers I could have gone to. I never felt like I was being pushed to do one thing or another. I was also able to trade my vehicle in for almost exactly what I owe on it which made my new purchase price even better. Elijah worked very hard to ensure I got the best price I could for my trade in and for the new car. There was some miscommunication between my request for a tow hitch and what they had in stock along with the cost. Otherwise a very good experience.
