I knew what I wanted and I found it at Kia Country in Charleston after searching for a couple days. I called the dealership mid-morning and had the pleasure of talking to Andy. He answered every question Charleston after searching for a couple days. I called the dealership mid-morning and had the pleasure of talking to Andy. He answered every question wonderfully and took the time to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the vehicle. I recently had a major surgery so didn’t want to spend all day at the dealership and explained this to Andy. He told me no problem and he completely understood and would have all paperwork ready so once I arrived, it would take around an hour. He sent our salesman Justin to pick us up in my new vehicle allowing me to drive it back to the dealership. Paperwork was ready and the transaction went fast as promised...around an hour! I left the dealership with absolutely nothing that needed to be done but drive and enjoy! I would definitely recommend both Andy and Justin and Kia Country of Charleston! If I should ever have the need to purchase again, I will be back! Thank guys! Best car purchase ever!! More
