A Tourist must! I love my Kia Soul (Jazzy)! I love hitting the open road in her! This was my first time visiting friends in Delray Beach, Fl and after a long 9 hour I love my Kia Soul (Jazzy)! I love hitting the open road in her! This was my first time visiting friends in Delray Beach, Fl and after a long 9 hour drive down and a 9hr drive home ahead of me I wanted to find a dealership that would take care of my baby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The wait time didn't seem long. While my car was being serviced, I was able to catch a shuttle to a near by shopping complex, providing by the dealerships, and get picked up! Overall it was a very easy experience! It fit right into the whole vacation flow! #Noworries More

Service Review Even though I didn't have an appointment, Al was able to take my car in for service on a Saturday. Al notified me that there was a recall to check my Even though I didn't have an appointment, Al was able to take my car in for service on a Saturday. Al notified me that there was a recall to check my engine. My car passed the engine inspection and my oil was changed. I was very pleased with the whole experience. As I waited for my car, I met Mitch Nathan in sales. I explained to him that I would be interested in purchasing a Certified Pre-owned Optima in September. Mitch took all my information regarding what I was looking for in my next car and will keep in touch as cars become available. Mitch is a non- pressure salesman and very comfortable to talk to. I look forward to purchasing my next Optima from him. More

Unwilling to fix their mistakes I bought my car from Grieco Kia on Federal highway just over a month ago, and since I drove the car off the lot there has been issues with the breaks. I bought my car from Grieco Kia on Federal highway just over a month ago, and since I drove the car off the lot there has been issues with the breaks. I have taken it back three different occasions for them to correct the problem. They are currently unwilling to fix the problem with my breaks. Every time I take it in they really nicely tell me that my breaks function as they should and to fix the problem it would cost me $500.00. The car came with the improperly installed breaks, and they sold it to me this way. They will not do anything to help the situation. I do not recommended doing service with them of any kind. More
