When my wife went to pick up the car after a $1000 service visit, she was told that if she did not know her service advisors name, they could not help her. The other service advisor thought it was appropriate to lecture my son on the vital importance of knowing the service advisor. Just knowing the car, the amount of the bill, and the details of the service were not enough, he needed to know which of the only 4 advisors helped. Shame on my son and wife, they did not live up to your standards!! I plan on fogging them and withholding food and water for 2 days to teach them a lesson! Furthermore, when my wife questioned why the extra key I paid $300 for was not complete, she was told by the billing clerk that she did not know and put no effort in attempting to help. That was probably our fault too, I will work on improving our skill set so I can use your service again. More

My husband asked, to pass time let's look at what's on the lot.....well that was that! My husband found a 2014 he loved and decided to purchase. While doing his paper work I enquired about a trade in and lease for myself and bingo got a 2017 Niro (love it!!). My mother was in need of a newer car with a lower payment and she leased a 2017 Forte. This was such an incredibly easy and comfortable experience. Edson our sales person could not have been better to work with Kristen and Jack as well. They are a wonderful team! This was the first time we have ever had a good experience at a car dealer and this was outstanding!!! The finance personnel, Molina and Josh were just as much a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this team to anyone interested in a great experience purchasing or leasing a vehicle. And just to let you know we need have our original cars serviced and Al was just as wonderful!
