Car fixed quickly Excellent service My 2014 Cadenza with 34k miles had a stalling problem when stopped in gear. Bob Cooklin explained that the mechanics would find the problem. Bob cautioned that the warranty did not cover mis-use only manufacturing defects. I am a senior and drive conservatively (but not decrepitly). I was braced for Kia not honoring the warranty. Bob was great in re-assuring me - don't worry. Result: Needed new tranny. Took two days to get it. Gave me loaner. All under warranty. Bob and Grieco were great. More

Oil change and tire rotation Candy was very polite and professional. I arrived early to my appointment so Al helped me get started. He was very professional and friendly. Al explained about the importance of rotating my tires every 5,000 miles which I was not aware of and he informed me about a couple of upgrades that Kia needed to do on my car and thank goodness he was honest (great attribute) about my wait time. I had another appointment to go to so I rescheduled for the following week. Al accommodated the early morning appointment that I needed. Candy followed up with me about my cars process and made sure I was aware of what was going on. She did mention to me that Al was her mentor and that she was learning a lot from him. GREAT TEAM. Amazing experience I love coming to this location since I drive about 30 minutes to them even though I have a Kia 5 min from my house.
