Poor customer service My two year old Kia wouldn't start. I called your service dept. and was given an 800 number for towing. I called the number( while at work with a clie My two year old Kia wouldn't start. I called your service dept. and was given an 800 number for towing. I called the number( while at work with a client at my desk) and held for 32 minutes and then disconnected. I called the dealership back and told them, and they told me that I had to call the number back of I wanted my car to be towed. I called again, and after another 30 minutes someone finally answered. I do not have the type of job where this is an easy task, and it made it very stressful. When the tow driver came, I asked him how it worked and he told me that someone from service would call me. At 5:00 I called them because I hadn't heard anything. I was connected to seven different people before some asked if I was calling Florida because he was in Rhode Island. One of the seven had transferred me to RI. He then connected me to Florida. The person on the line put me on hold, came back and said that they were assessing my vehicle and would call me back before six. When I got home at 5:45, there was a voice mail on my home phone from 3:00 pm stating that I needed a new battery and that they needed my consent do do it. So, why didn't they call my cel( that I gave them) and who's car were they assessing when they said that they would call back before six? It was such poor customer service and made for the most stressful day. It made me so miserable during a very stressful time of year. More

Quick Oil Change I visited the service department and asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was out in under an hour! Tire change So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay h So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay here so when I get there it was 5 o’clock and the guy tells me how I don’t know if I have time for you if you don’t have an appointment I’ll see what I can do for you which I said the lady told me that I don’t need it and you guys have time he said I don’t know we’ll see I went inside I asked the lady that I spoke on the phone with and she said yes he has time for you so when I went outside and told him he started asking me questions about the vehicle so he sends it in the service area and then after 40 minutes spent in the dealership answering questions about the numbers names addresses and other stuff he tells me that they don’t have that tire in stock which the lady on the phone said that she has it so next time instead of wasting my time and their time it’s better just find out what model tire is so everybody’s happy I don’t have to waste my time I would never recommend that location to anybody it was unfriendly and professional Bad customer service More
