Service and Repair When I scheduled my oil change, I was informed that I was eligible for a multi-point inspection and free tire rotation - They didn't have to do that. I asked about an air conditioning issue and they went to the trouble of finding out it was still under warranty - They didn't have to do that. I trust Grieco. More

Excellent customer service but not completely thorough. They are very personable and attentive. Al Dopman took very good care of me and I appreciated it. The problem was I took my car in for an alignment They are very personable and attentive. Al Dopman took very good care of me and I appreciated it. The problem was I took my car in for an alignment because it was wobbling. I was told I needed the alignment and brakes but never was told I needed new tires. I barely drive my car and two weeks after getting the alignment the car was wobbling again. This time I was told about the tires. Just surprised they did a wheel alignment and never looked at the tires. There prices were very high on tires. Other than this, I have no problems and love my Kia. More

Al was EXCELLENT! May have been one of the best experiences at a car service center I have ever had. My daughter was present with me when we dropped off and picked up h May have been one of the best experiences at a car service center I have ever had. My daughter was present with me when we dropped off and picked up her car, I said to her that Al was an exceptionally good service professional, but can be rare occurrence at a dealer service center. I wanted her to know what to say and expect when she has to do this on her own. I can only hope that she has as good a guy as Al to deal with in the future. More
