Big Smiles All Around! I was in need of a oil change and with my new employer just moments away from Grieco Kia, my brother recommended that I check them out since he has ha I was in need of a oil change and with my new employer just moments away from Grieco Kia, my brother recommended that I check them out since he has had nothing but great experiences over the years in both service & sales. I can see why! I was greeted by a young guy name Zach. Super sweet, and super friendly who directed me to AL DOPMAN, who was the service advisor I was scheduled with. After Al introduced himself to me, and found out about my driving habits/vehicle, he started my very quick appointment. I did wander around the dealership while I waited. Very clean, full of energetic employees and the waiting room was full of very satisfied repeat customers comparing their experiences. I have never been to a dealership with soo many happy customers and staff before! Oh and I can't forget their incredible coffee machine! Soo fancy, and sooo delicious!! No stained up coffee pot at this dealership, just a top of the line touch screen with what seemed to be more options than Dunkin Donuts! Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready, and Al explained what was done to my vehicle and he also mentioned that I may need an allignment my next time in. Love that he was not pushy about the service or repairs. He let me know what I needed, that it wasn't a rush, so no need to stress or worry. Not only did I leave the dealership quickly, I left feeling no stress and knowing where I will be returning for any and all service on my vehicle from here on out. I came into the dealership seeing nothing but smiles and I was luckily to leave with a smile as well! More

The service department was spot on from the initial interaction to the explaination of the MPI and explaining different grades of oil. I did not tell your advisor at first what it is that I do for a living. Candy was great, she is very well spoken and knows her stuff. I've been in the business for 6 almost 7 years and know a good writer when I see one. Overall I was happy with the time I spent there, the LOF performed, the MPI explanation, the condition of the vehicle after it was returned to me. She overall did a great job and I will absolutely be returning with the sonata. More

Car fixed quickly Excellent service My 2014 Cadenza with 34k miles had a stalling problem when stopped in gear. Bob Cooklin explained that the mechanics would find the problem. Bob cautioned that the warranty did not cover mis-use only manufacturing defects. I am a senior and drive conservatively (but not decrepitly). I was braced for Kia not honoring the warranty. Bob was great in re-assuring me - don't worry. Result: Needed new tranny. Took two days to get it. Gave me loaner. All under warranty. Bob and Grieco were great. More
