Outstanding Customer Service I lease KIAs because they're great cars. About 3 years ago I moved to Delray Beach in Florida and went to the Grieco dealership with my leased KIA by I lease KIAs because they're great cars. About 3 years ago I moved to Delray Beach in Florida and went to the Grieco dealership with my leased KIA by default, only because it was very close. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the dealership is clean, efficient, and their staff treats the customers properly. As a result, when my lease was up I leased a 2015 KIA Forte from Grieco. By the way, it's a great car. About ten days ago I had a minor issue with my vehicle and went to the Sales Manager, Alexander Goodrich. Something was missing which should have been in the trunk, but I had no proof so I expected resistance from him, possibly claiming he couldn't do anything without documentation. But Mr. Goodrich took my word, ordered the missing item, and ensured I was made whole. It wasn't a major problem but it was typical of how Grieco KIA treats their customers. The above was only one incident, but on more than one occasion I asked for or needed something and every time I did such, the staff immediately resolved my issue. I can go to any car dealership in south Florida to lease a vehicle, but I want a dealership where I'm treated with respect and I in turn can trust them when they make a promise to me. More

Awesome visit I arrived to the service very disappointed that I had to wait so long for my service and that the car wash took too long. Debbie turned the entire exp I arrived to the service very disappointed that I had to wait so long for my service and that the car wash took too long. Debbie turned the entire experience around. Oil Change Came into the dealer , a day after Matthew, no appointment for an oil change. Not a problem. Thank you,Kia . After about 1 hour the receptionist rec Came into the dealer , a day after Matthew, no appointment for an oil change. Not a problem. Thank you,Kia . After about 1 hour the receptionist recommended an AC filter change , didn't make clear how much that part would add to the final cost, not a problem, I authorized replacing it. All was done , vehicle delivered . Problem. A Humming noise coming from the AC vent , the noise was not there before and now is. Drove right back to the dealership, to learn that may take another hour from the 2 hours I have already waited for the oil change, to verify what happened. Since I could not wait for, I made arrangements with the receptionist to came back on the next business day. Came back today , waited about an hour and learned that I will get a call when a new AC Blower arrives ordered to replace the noisy one that was not broken before. Why didn't the mechanic check the work prior to delivering the car puzzled me since he replaced the filter in the first place? Oh... by the way ..today the driver seat came back badly stained ... the stain was not there before either. I will have to return to the dealer one more time and have this AC blower replaced . Is there going to be a cost? It was not very clear . The coffee at the waiting room is fantastic, so are the pastries but I was not really looking forward to returning for the third time. More
