I was greeted promptly and efficiently checked in by Al, who is very personable and made sure I knew about the free WIFI, coffee, water, and snacks in the waiting area. The waiting area is simple but comfortable. I have actually met some really nice people in the waiting area. The customer service manager Debbie was very friendly, had a nice smile and made sure that the people in the waiting area were comfortable. Every once in awhile someone would grab a bottle of water from the fridge and ask if anyone wanted any. It took a little longer than they said to do the repairs, if you are in a hurry I would recommend foregoing the complimentary car wash. When I left I thought how nice it would be if all service providers were like this. More
