I was taken back home where I had the chance of working, until I got a call offering me transportation back to KIA. My car was ready! Again, back in KIA I was informed of what had been done today and also was given recommendations as to some things that should be done in the near future. I drove past another Kia dealer in my hometown to see Al D in service. This is the third car serviced year, and thanks to Robert and Cesar in sales, this is the nicest one and it’s a new lease. Personally I have been part of the Kia family for 6 years, I had a used car, and just bought a brand new Kia thanks to Tom Davis for giving patience and helped us find our car that we loved. The service director Vince Cajano read directly to me a part of the manufacturer's literature to prove to me I was wrong about a particular issue. The manufacturer's literature clearly stated verbatim what I had said. Yet this man continues to read it over and over again explaining to me "this girl" what the literature really means. Mr. Canjano is a deflector. He has the truth right in front of him yet he denies it. What is this world coming to? I called Kia Corp to report this abhorrent conversation I had with Mr. Canjano. Understanding the representative in Kia Corp must remain neutral she could not help but to share a few chuckles. Shame on you Mr. Canjano! More

New owner is not honoring that Sadly I will miss dealing with Ivan in sales and Al in service who do a great job and have kept driving from my new home even though I could get service closer to home. Since dealership is reneging on their part of the warranty, I am not going back for service nor will I ever purchase from them again. I will be complaining to Kia as well and any other regulators or rating agencies about this. It may seem like a small thing to them, but it is not to me. It is also the principal of the thing. More
