Made it harder to get to the middle seat of couch. There should not be a couch. It's very awkward. Employees were very supportive. One lady offered chairs from an office. They are so busy (I am telling everyone to go there) I think they should reconfigure the space allotted for the waitin customers. More

Oil change and tire rotation It was a short wait they had changed the okl snc rotated my tires. Also washed my car in less than 29 minutes. Very satisfied Spoke to salesman who I purchased car from regarding the fact they never gave me a second key for the car. This I was informed cost $200. The service tech was great he told me they should have given me 2. He said that Fred said I never paid him $332. Which I sent a money order last August. I had not heard from them that they had not received it. He informed me I could not have the second key til I pay him the money he says I owe. I never got to use the year of free are maintenance due to my health. Plus they never fixed the driver seat with a hole in it or the broken speakers that are blown that I j firmed them if immediately and was told it would be done. Plus my air conditioner blew up almost - yr after purchase. I had to replace the entire system and buffer. And I only put 13,000 miles on the car and the tires already need replaced. I would never purchase from this dealer again. Plus they charged me full book and no discount whatsoever. The service with Al I have no complaints about. Fred on the other hand I do. There should be at least a year for major repair warranty even in a used vehicle as I bought it in 2917 and it was a 2012 w 63,000 miles. They said anything that was wrong in the first few weeks they would take car if but never did. Try listening to a radio with blown speakers not fun. Of a seat that had s hole that keeps getting larger and an ac that blows up less than a year after purchase. More
