Positive, professional and speedy service with a smile I brought my Kia Optima in for a routine service. I ended up in a line of cars due to a detour. Complete Satisfaction I first called in about a couple of lights that suddenly appeared on my dash board regarding my braking system. The Rep on the phone answered my quest I first called in about a couple of lights that suddenly appeared on my dash board regarding my braking system. The Rep on the phone answered my questions and then looked up my vehicle for any recalls and there were 2 outstanding recall issues that I needed to bring the vehicle into be serviced for..... So I agreed to bring the car for the recall items and have them also look at my brakes. First of all They have complimentary shuttle service that was very convenient and the driver Phil was very Helpful in driving me to work and picking me up. The Service dept - Jennifer had the repairs made to the recalled items and communicated the brake problem where I decided to make the repairs on my brakes as well all at a competitive price that I was happy with!! Yes, I'd go back and recommend this Dealership because of their service More

Kia Delray Beach - Awesome Service I went in to check on a recall for my engine, I was greeted with an awesome staff Jennifer took care of me the whole time and she was wonderful gentl I went in to check on a recall for my engine, I was greeted with an awesome staff Jennifer took care of me the whole time and she was wonderful gentleman took me to the gym and then pick me up and my car was ready, I did not have to have a recall done but I did end up getting my brakes upgraded, I think that it was a little overpriced but they are better now. Jennifer was wonderful and greeted me with such wonderful hospitality the whole time! More
