2 hour wait? Had my girlfriend drop my car for what would've been an hour service. First service at KIA I took my 2017 Kia Niro for service without an appointment and arrived 30 minutes before opening to see if they could take me that day. Car was done including a couple of service recalls (i don't think they were recalls, just addendums). i did have to wait a bit (2 hours), however they offered a ride home if i wanted one. I just waited in the waiting room and had coffee and cookies. With the WIFI connection I managed to keep up with work no problem. More

Robert Cooklin was is the gentleman that handled my appointment. He was very pleasant and went over everything with me. During the 2 1/2 hours or so I was there he would apologize for the long wait. It helped being able to charge my phone have coffee and something to munch on if needed. The ladies room was very clean. More
