Disappointing! Upon arrival representative working on paperwork but not even an acknowledgement. A simple thing you would think! Not my problem I needed transportation back to my home and waited for an hour which was not a problem but went to ask him if he knew how much longer it would be. No acknowledgement again. I interrupted his paperwork with an "excuse me" for my quick question. Answered wait inside, driver not back yet. Again, upon returning to pick up car, started a conversation with another employee with no acknowledgement of my friend and I He became pleasant as he asked me to please give him a high rating in survey. Really! Customer service/courteousness is what's left for a dealership after the customer leaves the showroom. Lacking here. I will not return to this dealership to buy or lease another vehicle More
