Al Dopman was wonderful-- Al Dopman took extra time to review some the features of the Sorrento that I was not familiar with. (Operating the sun roof as an example). Great Service at Grieco Kia I've been to Grieco Kia over a dozen times now mostly for oil changes, but the staff is very friendly and Al Dopman gets 10 stars in my book. I didn't have any sales people so my rating below regarding sales and trust in my purchase should be N/A (not applicable). Also, each time I write this review I"m asked to verify. I try to verify and it tells me my e-mail is incorrect. I then try and sign in using Facebook and it brings me right back to the verification progress again where I start all over again and I'm told my e-mail address is incorrect. This will be my last time trying to verify and then I won't be submitting any more reviews if this time doesn't go through. This is no reflection on Al Dopman or Grieco Kia . More

I took the car to their service department the next morning Where I met with Robert cooking one the service adviser 8332, a really cool and professional guy I told him what’s going on he called Alex they kept the car they gave loaner until my car was fixed everything free of charge and my car is now running like a champ More

Service Center is lack luster Just a few reasons for my "why" I gave the rating I did... - Felt the service center employee spoke down to me in front of other customers and dealer Just a few reasons for my "why" I gave the rating I did... - Felt the service center employee spoke down to me in front of other customers and dealership employees - Was told I could not use 2 coupons after I asked then suddenly was "allowed" to use them - Was told my car would be washed then it came out unwashed and WAY dirtier than when I brought it in! Oil ALL over the white paint by door handles and greasy smudges ALL over both front windows - Service center employee rushed me when I was asking questions about my $500+ service. Call me crazy but I think a $500 spend entitles me to a few minutes of questions and thoughtful and informative answers - Was told after waiting 2+ hours that the parts that my car needed were not in stock and that I would have to come back. I found this strange becuase I made an appointment and they knew exactly what I was coming in for so I figured those issues would be fixed. - Mechanics left dirty items inside of my car which I returned when I came back for the 2nd time this week More
