Outstanding Service once you get connected Developed major brake problem while visiting the Delray area. Called this dealer and they got me in within three hours to start the repair process on Developed major brake problem while visiting the Delray area. Called this dealer and they got me in within three hours to start the repair process on my van. I thought the service was handled very well, according to the established schedule and the resulting improvementin brake operation was apparent. The service coordinator explained the probable problem well, when the diagnostics were done his explanation of what was needed to be done was clear as were the asdociated costs. I am very satisfied on that portion of my visit. I would easily given them 5 stars except for the difficulty I encountered trying to get service scheduled over the phone. It took several calls, on which I was disconnected , but not before I had the successive opportunity to listen to Mr Grieco’s welcome. I finally got connected to a woman answering the service phone. She was pleasant, I told her my car’s problem she gave me a time only 3 hours later to bring in the van. She collected all my personal info when we were disconnected. Two phone calls later I got to speak to another pleasant woman in the service department. I told her I had been disconnected after the other woman had collected and I assumed entered it into the computer when she gave me the appointment time. Unfortunately, there was no record of my appointment or of any of my information. So we did it all over again for a 3 PM appointment. She told me who to see upon arrival at the service area and told me to hold while she checked with someone. She pressed hold and I was disconnected again. Well I had now two appointments verbally for the same time and they had my number if they needed to change. Two and a half hours later I drove the van to the service area. I was immediately welcomed by one of their young greeters. I explained I had A 3PM appointment for brake work. He examined his tablet and did not find my appointment so he suggested perhaps I had the right time but the wrong day. I assured him that was not the case and that I wanted to speak to the service coordinator. From the moment I had the opportunity to speak with Mr Dopman things were handled professionally Had I been at home where there are many KIA dealers to choose from I never would have gone through the phone hassle. I was concerned if they were that incompetent in handling appointments and general communication what would the service department be like. Fortunately, my patience was rewarded More

Good Service with friendly staff. Waiting area was comfortable with coffee, water, snacks & charging station. There was also a shuttle available if I wanted. Th with friendly staff. They did try to upsell some services as I expected but were not pushy about it. Not sure why balancing tires is not included with rotating them , the price was almost the same as all the services I received. Free car wash was not that great the hood of my car was still dirty when I left ( just a comment not a complaint) Would have liked to seen some Kia accessories for sale. More

Poor customer service My two year old Kia wouldn't start. I called your service dept. and was given an 800 number for towing. I called the number( while at work with a clie My two year old Kia wouldn't start. I called your service dept. and was given an 800 number for towing. I called the number( while at work with a client at my desk) and held for 32 minutes and then disconnected. I called the dealership back and told them, and they told me that I had to call the number back of I wanted my car to be towed. I called again, and after another 30 minutes someone finally answered. I do not have the type of job where this is an easy task, and it made it very stressful. When the tow driver came, I asked him how it worked and he told me that someone from service would call me. At 5:00 I called them because I hadn't heard anything. I was connected to seven different people before some asked if I was calling Florida because he was in Rhode Island. One of the seven had transferred me to RI. He then connected me to Florida. The person on the line put me on hold, came back and said that they were assessing my vehicle and would call me back before six. When I got home at 5:45, there was a voice mail on my home phone from 3:00 pm stating that I needed a new battery and that they needed my consent do do it. So, why didn't they call my cel( that I gave them) and who's car were they assessing when they said that they would call back before six? It was such poor customer service and made for the most stressful day. It made me so miserable during a very stressful time of year. More
