Fast & Excellent service I was having a fairly bad day because I had a flat tire on my front passenger side AND I had lost my wheel lock key. Therefore, I couldn't take the flat tire off to change the spare. So, I got my car towed to Grieco Kia of Delray. On the way, I spoke to Josh and gave him a head's up on the situation. Prior to my arrival he was able to reassure me that they would be able to handle everything as soon as I arrived. Furthermore, Josh gave me a quote for two new tires and an oil change. So, I already knew what price to anticipate prior to my car even arriving. When I arrived with the tow truck, josh was ready for me as promised. He helped me get all my services handled and even recommended a few other important things. I did not wait for the service, but Josh called me with the updates and called me when the car was all done. When it came time to pay, the price was definitely what Josh and I had already discussed. Josh was very professional and informative during our encounter. He even walked me to my car when it was all done. I had an excellent experience! More

I made the reservation for service online via the Grieco Kia Website. My service advisor Bob greeted me by name and had all the information he needed, based on scheduled reservation time. While waiting on the service to be complete I was able to do some work on my laptop by using the free WiFi in the service waiting room. In less than 1 hour my service was complete and Bob had applied a service coupon to my bill which saved me about $15.00. I have been a Kia customer for over 7 years, and my wife and I have had 4 Kia's. This dealership and service center is by far hands down the best, compared to other local Kia service centers I have used. I highly recommend that you give them your business. More
